PCI bus compatible 16-axis motor controller PCPG-168

A motor controller capable of controlling up to 16 axes with a single board.

PCPG-168 is a 16-axis motor control board equipped with the high-performance LSI "PMC842SR." By directly controlling functions such as interpolation and synchronous control from the PCI bus, it can be applied to various devices. 【Features】 - Speed and movement amount can be changed during operation (override function). - Supports linear acceleration/deceleration and S-curve acceleration/deceleration, with asymmetric settings possible. - By combining linear interpolation and arc interpolation, various trajectories and synchronous operations can be achieved. - Capable of 16-axis synchronous start control. - The automatic pulse count calculation function simplifies complex calculations necessary for operation. - Compatible with pulse input type stepping drivers and servo amplifiers. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

RTEX-compatible 16-axis motor controller PCPG-168N-V

A 16-axis motion controller that adopts Realtime Express (RTEX) and enables motor control such as trajectory control.

A hybrid motion controller compatible with RealTimeExpress (RTEX) that also supports pulse train output. It can be connected to Panasonic Corporation's MINAS series RTEX amplifiers, enabling reduced wiring and improved efficiency in motor control. Additionally, it allows for switching 4 out of 16 axes to pulse train output, making it possible to use servo drivers and stepping drivers that cannot be connected to the network. For control, we utilize our motor control LSI PMC842SR, allowing for motor control with the same image as pulse train control. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
